Analysis and Optimisation of Add-On Modules
Analysing the work-flows and technical capabilities of different NAV add-on modules and providing the client with a comprehensive report describing pros and cons as well as risks and advantages. Implementing the proposed configuration changes, adding functionality and supporting staff and management.
Implementation of a New Member-Management System
Implementing Dynamics NAV, developing custom modules, integrating to SharePoint and other websites and systems. Project management, development, training and everything else required to deliver a turn-key solution to enable the client to manage 150.000+ members.
Data transfer to a Europe-wide ERP system
Collaborating with a French application and database team to convert Dynamics NAV data for 20 branches in Denmark to a Wynne Systems RentalMan ERP with 2500+ users. Advising the Danish management team on change and transfer processes. Managing the Danish side of the go-live.
Integration of InfoCD’s InfoFlow invoice scanning system with Dynamics NAV
Enabling the organization to scan, perform OCR and distribute invoices for approval throughout the organisation and to external participants. Centralized control and final approval, booking and payment. The solution allows for management of dimensions and financial analysis based on the booked invoices.
Interim CFO and Project Manager
During a period of 5 months we acted as Project Manager and interim CFO. The projects included IT audits, implementing procedures for membership management, re-implementation of a CRM system (CiviCRM) and establishment of a Danish office and transfer of knowledge and personnel from The Hague office to Denmark. The CFO role included managing the budgeting process, collecting and facilitating validation of budget data and forecast models in collaboration with the President, the CEO and the COO in both The Hague and Denmark.
Advisor, Outsourcing And Hosting
For a 20 person global organization we interviewed key business users about ICT requirements, established contact with vendors, managed the bid process and advised the CEO on possible choices. The scope was all network infrastructure, servers, user PCs and software (Windows 8.1, Office 365, Lync, Exchange, MS SQL, Dynamcis NAV). We also saw the go-live through providing technical assistance with e-mail transfer, user set-up and UAT.
Resume Module, Dynamics NAV
We created a module to handle resume data for key stakeholders in a philanthropic association. Integration to Sitecore website, SharePoint intranet and automatic merging to Word templates. Managing other subcontractors, development, testing and go-live.
Customer Invoice Handling
Development and implementation of a solution to handle 5000+ monthly customer invoices without user interaction. This covers invoice generation based on orders, pdf creation, EDI for select customers, e-mailing, error handling and training of the AR staff.
